Habits that is either done or not during a day. No need to track amount in this type of habits
For example: sleep before 10 pm, no coffee, fast
with default value. In the example of no coffee, by default the value would be true everyday and when I do drink coffee I enter the app and log that.
This would be very helpful in quitting bad habits
